In the latest 1.54.5405 update, I lost crystals/other resources - Сontact us via the “Send Feedback” option in the G5 Friends menu and specify the names and quantities of the lost items. Also, please resend the receipts for the missing items, if applicable.

Fixed - In the latest 1.54.5400 update, my number of crystals has suddenly increased - Our Technical Team has fixed the bug that caused your crystals and other in-game items to multiply in the latest 1.54.5405 update (1.54.5406 for G5 Store users on Windows). You won’t be charged for them, but the extra items will be removed to maintain fair gameplay. Also, we’re preparing a special gift for you—stay tuned!

When playing the game, I get an error saying that the connection to the server is lost, but my internet connection is stable - Our Technical Team is already investigating the issue. To help us speed up this process, please contact us at support@g5.com and provide your G5 Friends Player Login, your IDFA number, and your country of residence. Please also specify whether you get the connection error when going to the Friends menu.

Some locations are unresponsive when I click on them - Try reinstalling the game (only if you remember your credentials or you have linked your G5 Friends account to an e-mail address). If the problem persists, please contact us at support@g5.com with the detailed description of the problem.
