When playing the game, I get an error saying that the connection to the server is lost, but my internet connection is stable - Our Technical Team is already investigating the issue. To help us speed up this process, please contact us at support@g5.com and provide your G5 Friends Player Login, your IDFA number, and your country of residence. Please also specify whether you get the connection error when going to the Friends menu.

In the 1.53.5300 update the Squad Competition has restarted, and the squad progress and earned points were lost - Our Technical Team is aware of the problem, and they are currently working out the solution for it. We will keep you updated on this matter via our help desk and notify you by email.
