Fixed - I am experiencing problems with G5 Friends: login and password change issues, losing connection to G5 Friends, wishlist/friends' avatars are not displayed, etc. - ESET Antivirus recently had an issue that led to some software, including our games, being blocked on players’ devices. It has been fixed in the 31395 udpate of ESET — we recommend performing a manual force update to make sure the problem is resolved. If the issue persists or you’re using different antivirus software and still having trouble with G5 Friends, please send us your G5 Friends Player Login, the email linked to your profile, your IDFA number, and the antivirus software you’re using.

The game freezes either on the loading screen or shortly after launching on my Android - Our Technical Team is aware of the problem, and they are currently working out the solution for it. We will keep you updated on this matter via our help desk and notify you by email.
