Fixed – Issues with connecting to G5 Games, getting into your G5 Friends account and interacting with friends – We’re happy to inform you that the AWS server provider has resolved the recent connectivity issues. You should now be able to access the game and its features without any issues. You may need to restart the app to ensure the best performance of the game.

When playing on my iPad or iPhone, I experience issues with loading video ads for crystals - Our Technical Team is actively working to identify and resolve the issue with the in-game advertisements. In the meantime, as a temporary solution, we have turned those advertisements off.
